All of our items here at ItsInTheNaame are Printed on Demand using manufacturing facilities across the world.

This means that when you click to confirm your order, your order is sent to the facility closest to your country with estimated production time ranging 2-4 days as all our products are made from scratch and delivery is aimed for 7 working days depending on whether you select express or normal. 

We have tested out deliveries using various methods and always found items reach us incredibly quickly which is always good news! If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us using the form provided and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We are happy to offer refunds within 14 days of purchase and issue store credit, half price off your next order, replacement order to be sent out free of charge or your money back.
